WEEKENDS: $1,000.00 + Tax per weekend (Friday 12pm through Sunday 3pm)
Booking requires a weekend stay.
ADDITIONAL NIGHTS: $300.00 + Tax per night
May be added to a weekend, cannot be booked seperately.

Policy Information
- Check-in : 12pm Check-out: 3pm
- Deposit of $250.00 will reserve your dates. Balance is due in full, 30 days prior to stay. If balance is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to reservation date will receive full refund, 30-60 days prior receive 50% refund, and 30 days or less is non-refundable.

- Smoking is not allowed in the house
